Create environments in Release by pull request

Switch the setting "Create ephemeral environments on Pull Requests" to "On" to automatically create environments in Release when a pull request is opened for this app.

This application-specific setting overrides what is set in Account Settings, but only for this app.

If this setting is set to "Off", Release will not create any new ephemeral environments when a pull request for this app is made.
